The problem

Traffic comes in, sales don't - sound familiar?

Stores that “don't sell” almost always leak in the same three places. Check yours - and count how much drains through them every month.

  • 01

    Carts abandoned at checkout

The customer added a product, opened checkout - and left: five steps, forced registration, no BLIK. In Poland up to 70% of carts never reach payment, and most of that is cured by a plain decent checkout.

  • 02

    All revenue depends on Allegro

The marketplace takes a cut of every sale, raises its fees and keeps your customer base to itself. One disputed review or an account block - and sales stop. That's not your business, that's renting a counter.

  • 03

    Google can't find the store

Product pages without proper titles, duplicate URLs, zero structured data. People search “buy … Warsaw” - and the results show Allegro and your competitors, not you.

Formats

Which store fits you

Three typical scenarios. Not sure which is yours - tell me what you sell on a call. Sometimes the honest answer is “start on Allegro, build the store later” - and that's exactly what I'll say.

Starter store

from€1,500

2-3 weeks

A catalogue up to 100 products, cart and payments - everything to start selling from your own domain.

For a first store and D2C brands

  • BLIK, Przelewy24 and card payments from day one
  • InPost Paczkomaty and courier delivery
  • One-step checkout, no forced registration

Business store

from€4,000

4-6 weeks

A large catalogue with warehouse, Allegro and accounting integrations. A store as a system, not a storefront.

For established retail and wholesale

  • Sync with Baselinker, Allegro and your warehouse
  • Invoicing ready for KSeF 2026
  • B2B price lists, discounts, loyalty programs

Platform migration

from€2,000

2-4 weeks

Moving off Shoper, Wix or slow WooCommerce onto a fast architecture - without losing rankings.

For stores that hit the platform's ceiling

  • 301 redirects: rankings and links survive
  • Products, customers and orders move over in full
  • No more platform subscription and plan limits

Integrations

Everything a store in Poland needs

A store sells when payments, delivery and back office run themselves. Here's what I hook up - most agencies don't even mention this part.

Payments

Customers pay the way they're used to paying in Poland - one click, no extra screens.

Delivery

Shipping costs calculate themselves, labels print from the admin, customers see tracking.

Warehouse & accounting

Stock, orders and invoices sync without manual work or late-night Excel.

Marketing & legal

Analytics sees every sale, and GDPR plus cookie consents are set up so your ads don't go blind.

Don't see your system on the list? I can most likely hook it up anyway - ask on the call.

What you get

Catalog and product pages

A clean catalog with filters, search and product pages that sell: gallery, specs, reviews and real-time stock.

Payments built for Poland

BLIK, Przelewy24, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Stripe. The buyer pays in one tap — no redirects that drop the cart.

A cart without abandoned orders

Fast checkout, guest orders, shipping calculation and promo codes. Fewer steps to the order — fewer abandoned carts.

Warehouse and shipping integrations

Stock sync, order export to your CRM, integration with InPost, DPD, Poczta Polska and fiscalization.

Multilingual and SEO out of the box

PL / EN / UA / RU, correct hreflang, Product/Offer schema, sitemap and feed — products get indexed and reach Google Shopping.

Speed and analytics

LCP under 1 second, server-side conversion tracking, GA4 and purchase events — you see what actually makes money.

Zero risk

Four guarantees in the contract

Not verbal promises - clauses in the contract we sign before work starts.

Fixed quote

I name the price before we start and don't change it midway. If the scope grows - we agree on a new quote first, then I build.

Deadline in writing

The launch date is written into the contract. If a delay is my fault - you get a discount for every week of slippage.

Code, domain and data are yours

Domain and hosting in your name, code in your GitHub, the customer and order database - yours alone. Zero lock-in to me.

30 days of tweaks

For a month after launch I fix things free: copy, sections, small changes. No tickets, no queues, no “that's a new quote”.

Process

From a call to first sales - 3-5 weeks

The typical plan for a starter store. A bigger project with integrations takes 4-6 weeks through the same steps. Your side of it is a couple of hours, not a second job.

  1. 01

    Call and catalogue structure

    Your time: ~1 hour

30 minutes on your product and process: what you sell, how you ship, where stock levels come from. Then the quote, the category structure and a contract with a launch date.

  2. 02

    Storefront and product pages

    Your time: ~30 min

Homepage, catalogue, product page and cart - built straight in code. You browse a live link from your phone and comment; I adjust as we go.

  3. 03

    Payments, delivery and legal

    Your time: ~30 min

I connect BLIK, Przelewy24 and cards, set up InPost and couriers, add the GDPR banner, Consent Mode v2 and the terms pages. Then I run test payments.

  4. 04

    Products, tests and launch

    Your time: ~1 hour

We load the products, walk orders from cart to invoice, switch on analytics. I hand over access and show you how to run the store from the admin.

Allegro is a fine sales channel. The problem starts when it's the only one. Figures from public platform and marketplace price lists, autumn 2025.

Do the math

What you're handing to Allegro

A 6-15% commission per sale looks harmless until you add it up over a year. Move the sliders to your numbers.

Commission depends on the category, paid promotion comes on top. Your own store won't replace Allegro on launch day - but it stops feeding someone else's marketplace on every sale and starts building your own customer base.

Online store FAQ

  • It depends on the number of products, integrations and design. A simple store on a ready catalog starts at €1,500; a store with warehouse, CRM and custom logic starts at €4,000. The exact quote is fixed before we start — no hourly surprises.

  • A typical store takes 3–5 weeks from kickoff. With warehouse, shipping and fiscalization integrations — 6–8 weeks. The date is fixed in writing before we start.

  • All the popular ones in Poland: BLIK, Przelewy24, cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus Stripe and PayPal for international buyers.

  • Yes. I migrate from WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop and OpenCart while keeping products, orders and SEO URLs — without losing Google rankings.

  • By default on Next.js (headless commerce: MedusaJS, Stripe, Sanity). It's faster and more secure than a typical WooCommerce. If you already run WooCommerce or Shopify, I can extend or migrate it.

  • Yes. Technical e-commerce SEO is built in: Product/Offer schema, clean product and category URLs, sitemap and a Google Shopping feed. Product pages index from the first days.

  • We work across all of Poland and remotely — Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Poznań or a smaller town, it makes no difference. Calls, demos and handover happen online; the contract and payment are remote. An in-person meeting in Warsaw is available on request.

  • The domain is about 70-160 zł a year, hosting is pennies or zero, the payment operator takes about 1-1.5% per transaction. That's it. No platform subscription and no marketplace percentage on every sale. For comparison: on SaaS you pay 70-300 zł a month plus plan limits; on Allegro, 6-15% of turnover.

  • I close the technical side: the terms and privacy pages, the GDPR banner, Consent Mode v2, and correct 14-day return handling in the order flow. The legal texts themselves come from your lawyer or proven Polish templates - I'll point you to them. The result: the store doesn't scare customers away and passes ad-platform verifications.

  • Yes, that's table stakes. Products, prices, stock, photos, promo codes and order statuses are all yours to manage in the admin, no developer needed. If Baselinker or your supplier's warehouse manages the products - I set up a sync and you touch nothing by hand.

  • Yes. From 2026 Poland is phasing in mandatory KSeF e-invoices, and stores that issue invoices by hand are in for a fun February. I wire invoicing through an integration from the start, so switching to KSeF is a settings update, not a store rebuild.

Shipped to the App Store and Google Play in three weeks. The handover docs let my team take it from there without me.

He rebuilt the site and six weeks later ChatGPT was recommending us by name. Didn't know that was even possible.
