Pricing

What it costs. No "request a quote" wall.

The ranges my projects actually land in, and what moves a number up or down. The final figure arrives in writing after a 30-minute call, and it does not change along the way.

What moves the price

Number of integrations

One CRM integration over an API is a few days. CRM, calendar, payments, courier and WhatsApp together is a separate project, because every connection needs its own error handling and tests.

The state of your material

Ready copy, photos and a tidy price list cut a week off the project. A catalogue spread across three files, half of it outdated, is a line item of its own.

Number of languages

A second language is not a copy - it is its own URLs, hreflang and text written from scratch. I usually add 20-30% per additional language.

Cost of being wrong

A store taking payments and an agent answering in a law firm need testing a brochure site never does. Where a mistake costs your customer money, hardening is a real part of the work.

Deadline

The standard schedule is included. Compressing it at the expense of other projects is a surcharge I name upfront instead of promising the impossible.

Scale

A 50-product store and a 5,000-product one are different architecture, hosting and performance requirements, even though they look alike on screen.

How a quote happens

  1. 1

You write what you want built

A few sentences is enough. No brief or spec required - that is what the call is for.

  2. 2

    30 minutes on a call

Goals, scope, your systems, and what is actually urgent. I also say what is not worth building.

  3. 3

    Quote within 24 hours

Scope, fixed price and start date in writing. One number, no hourly top-ups along the way.

  4. 4

    Delivery in stages

A demo every week. Scope can change mid-project, but any price change is agreed before the work, never after.

Money questions

  • Because clients come from several countries and the euro is the common denominator. I can invoice in złoty or another currency at the day rate if that suits you better - it is one line in the contract.

  • Fixed for the agreed scope and written into the contract before we start. It grows only if you add something to the scope, and then you get a quote for that change first and decide whether it goes in.

  • Usually 40-50% to start and the rest on delivery. Larger projects are split into stages with payment after each one, so risk sits on both sides rather than one.

  • Included: design, code, launch, technical SEO, handover of the repository and 30 days of bug fixes. Not included: domain and hosting, third-party licences, copy and photography if I produce them, and ad budget.

  • No. Post-launch changes are €50/hour with a one-hour minimum, so in a month where nothing needs doing you pay nothing. An ongoing arrangement is available if you want one, not because the contract forces it.

  • Because it is a different product. At that price you get a template with your logo dropped in, usually without integrations and without anyone answering for the result. Here it is custom code in your repository, measurable goals and a launch date in writing. If a template genuinely covers your case, I will say so on the call.
