Web Development Katowice - Next.js websites from €500

I build websites for businesses in Katowice and across Silesia - in Next.js, coded from scratch, not assembled from marketplace templates. A simple landing page starts at €500; a business site with a CMS and integrations starts at €1,200. Free quote in 24 hours, delivery in 2 to 4 weeks.

What I build

A landing page includes a custom design, mobile-first responsive layout, contact form, Google Map, SEO metadata and SSL. I handle the deployment end to end.

A full business site means more: a headless CMS (Sanity or Contentful), up to ten subpages with distinct section layouts, CRM or booking integrations, multi-step forms, optionally a multi-language version. Everything in Next.js 15 and TypeScript - fast to load and easy to maintain for years.

I don't build on WordPress. Not because it's bad, but because Next.js gives better performance and lower maintenance costs for a typical B2B project.

Prices and timeline

  • Landing page (1 page, up to 6 sections): €500-€800, 2 weeks
  • Business site with CMS (up to 10 pages): €1,200-€2,000, 3-4 weeks
  • Site with third-party integrations (booking, CRM, API): from €2,500, 5-7 weeks
  • Multi-language site or product configurator: from €3,000, 6-8 weeks

All prices are net. Hosting on a VPS and a domain add roughly €60-€90 per year. The full breakdown of what drives price is in how much does development cost in 2026.

How we work together

We start with a short call - 20 to 30 minutes - to align on scope and expectations. Then I write a fixed quote and a technical brief. You know the number before anything starts.

Work runs in stages: wireframes in Figma, sign-off, coding, testing, deployment. You have visibility at every stage via Slack or email. Two rounds of revisions during the build are included in the price. Nothing gets added at the end if the scope hasn't changed.

Katowice and the rest of Poland

Businesses from Katowice work with me remotely the same way clients from Warsaw or Gdansk do. The process runs through Slack, Figma and GitHub - no in-person meeting required. If you'd rather talk through the project in Katowice itself, that's possible, but most engagements run 100% online.

Silesia has a strong B2B market - manufacturing, logistics and professional services covering the whole GZM metropolitan area. I understand what a website needs to do in that context: build credibility with partners and procurement teams, not just attract end consumers.

Real-world case: a components manufacturer near Katowice

A company in Upper Silesia - they manufacture metal components for industry and export to Germany and the Czech Republic - came to me with a ten-year-old WordPress site. It loaded in six or seven seconds, the catalog was a heap of PDFs, the layout broke on a phone, and there was no English version at all. That last part matters more than it sounds: buyers at German plants google their suppliers from a phone, and the first impression of a factory is formed on its website.

The concrete pain was leads, or the lack of them. The contact form was buried in the footer and some of its emails vanished on the way. The sales team kept having to explain from scratch, in every meeting, what the company could actually do, because there was nothing to point at. And before the fairs at Międzynarodowe Targi Katowickie it stung the most - a partner would take a business card, open the site that evening, and find an artifact from 2015.

I built a new site on Next.js: a structured product catalog with filters by type and material, a clear page for each product group, and a one-screen inquiry form that drops straight into their CRM. PL and EN versions, both with properly proofread technical copy - for export that's not optional, a buyer shouldn't trip over a clumsy translation. Separately I went after performance: LCP under a second, Core Web Vitals green on mobile.

Three months after launch, inquiries were up roughly threefold - from a trickle to 12-15 a month - LCP was under one second against the old 6-plus, and about a third of the inquiries came in English, which meant the export side started arriving on its own instead of only through cold outreach. The sales team stopped explaining things in the air and began sending links to specific pages. The project took four weeks.

Why me

I'm not an agency. I write the code myself, no subcontractors - one contact for the whole project. I've worked in Next.js since 2019.

Every site I deliver has green Core Web Vitals, loads in under one second on 4G, and has solid technical SEO structure from day one. I show Lighthouse results during the build, not after.

FAQ

How much does a website cost for a business in Katowice? A simple landing page runs €500-€800, a business site with a CMS and several pages is €1,200-€2,000. Projects with CRM or booking integrations start at €2,500. I put together a free quote after a short brief.

How long does it take to build a website? A landing page is ready in 2 weeks from quote sign-off and content delivery. A business site with CMS takes 3-4 weeks. Sites with third-party integrations or multi-language setups run 5-8 weeks. Timelines are always confirmed in writing before we start.

Can I order a website without meeting in Katowice? Yes - every stage of the project runs remotely via Slack, Figma and GitHub. An in-person meeting is not required. If you prefer to discuss the project face to face in Katowice, that's an option, not a prerequisite.

WordPress or Next.js - which is better for a Silesian B2B company? For a typical B2B site I choose Next.js: faster, lower maintenance costs, less security patching. WordPress makes sense for large content portals with many editors, or when the client already knows the admin panel well. I always explain the technology choice in terms of the specific project.

What's included in the price? Custom design (or adaptation to your existing brand identity), Next.js development, responsiveness across all devices, technical SEO basics, deployment and SSL. A site with a CMS also includes panel setup and a brief walkthrough for your team.

Will the website rank on Google? I build with technical SEO in from day one: proper heading structure, Open Graph metadata, schema.org, sitemap.xml, green Core Web Vitals. Content SEO - link building and content marketing - is a separate service we can discuss after launch.

Do you offer post-launch support? Every project includes 30 days of free technical support - minor fixes and quick bug responses. Ongoing support - updates, monitoring, new features - is available as a monthly retainer from €80/month if you need it.
