I build websites for businesses in Częstochowa - in Next.js, coded from scratch, not assembled from marketplace templates. A simple landing page starts at €500; a business site with a CMS and integrations starts at €1,200. Free quote in 24 hours, delivery in 2 to 4 weeks.
What I build
A landing page includes a custom design, mobile-first responsive layout, contact form, Google Map, SEO metadata and SSL. I handle the deployment end to end.
A full business site means more: a headless CMS (Sanity or Contentful), up to ten subpages with distinct section layouts, CRM or booking integrations, multi-step forms, optionally a multi-language version. Everything in Next.js 15 and TypeScript - fast to load and easy to maintain for years.
I don't build on WordPress. For a typical B2B project Next.js delivers better performance and lower maintenance costs over time.
Real case: a guesthouse in Częstochowa
A family-run accommodation with 18 rooms, serving mainly pilgrims and weekend visitors from central and southern Poland. Bookings came through Booking.com at a 21% commission and by phone, while the property's own site was an old free-template page from 2018.
The concrete pain. The owner spent hours on calls - guests rang to ask about availability instead of booking online because the form didn't work. Booking.com took one in every five zlotys. And the site had zero presence in Google for "noclegi Częstochowa" - no content, no structure, nothing for the crawler to work with.
What I did. I built a new site in Next.js with a commission-free booking integration. The site has a home page, room subpages with photo galleries and descriptions, a news section as a local SEO blog, a contact form with email confirmation, and a getting-here map. Technically: LCP under 0.8 s, Core Web Vitals green on mobile.
Four months after launch, direct bookings through the site reached 40% of all reservations (up from under 10%), organic traffic from Google tripled, and the owner now handles about two availability calls a week instead of eight. The project took three weeks.
Prices and timeline
- Landing page (1 page, up to 6 sections): €500-€800, 2 weeks
- Business site with CMS (up to 10 pages): €1,200-€2,000, 3-4 weeks
- Site with third-party integrations (booking, CRM, API): from €2,500, 5-7 weeks
- Multi-language site or product configurator: from €3,000, 6-8 weeks
All prices are net. Hosting on a VPS and a domain add roughly €60-€90 per year. The full breakdown of what drives price is in how much does development cost in 2026.
How we work together
We start with a short call - 20 to 30 minutes - to align on scope and expectations. Then I write a fixed quote and a technical brief. You know the number before anything starts.
Work runs in stages: wireframes in Figma, sign-off, coding, testing, deployment. You have visibility at every stage via Slack or email. Two rounds of revisions during the build are included in the price. Nothing gets added at the end if the scope hasn't changed.
Częstochowa and the rest of Poland
Businesses from Częstochowa work with me remotely the same way clients from Gdansk or Warsaw do. The process runs through Slack, Figma and GitHub - no in-person meeting required. If you'd rather talk through the project in Częstochowa, that's possible, but most engagements run entirely online.
Częstochowa has a large service economy: hospitality, food, specialist clinics, alongside manufacturing and business services covering the region. I understand what an online visitor expects to see when searching for a service provider, and what a B2B buyer checks when evaluating a supplier.

Why me
I'm not an agency. I write the code myself, no subcontractors - one contact for the whole project. I've worked in Next.js since 2019.
Every site I deliver has green Core Web Vitals, loads in under one second on 4G, and has solid technical SEO structure from day one. I show Lighthouse results during the build, not after.

FAQ
How much does a website cost for a business in Częstochowa? A simple landing page runs €500-€800, a business site with a CMS and several pages is €1,200-€2,000. Projects with CRM or booking integrations start at €2,500. I put together a free quote after a short brief.
How long does it take to build a website? A landing page is ready in 2 weeks from quote sign-off and content delivery. A business site with CMS takes 3-4 weeks. Sites with third-party integrations or multi-language setups run 5-8 weeks. Timelines are always confirmed in writing before we start.
Can I order a website without meeting in Częstochowa? Yes - every stage of the project runs remotely via Slack, Figma and GitHub. An in-person meeting is not required. If you prefer to discuss the project face to face in Częstochowa, that's an option, not a prerequisite.
WordPress or Next.js - which is better for a business in Częstochowa? For a typical business site I choose Next.js: faster, lower maintenance costs, less security patching needed. WordPress makes sense for large content portals with many editors, or when the client already knows the admin panel well. I always explain the technology choice in terms of the specific project.
What's included in the price? Custom design (or adaptation to your existing brand identity), Next.js development, responsiveness across all devices, technical SEO basics, deployment and SSL. A site with a CMS also includes panel setup and a brief walkthrough for your team.
Will the website rank on Google? I build with technical SEO in from day one: proper heading structure, Open Graph metadata, schema.org, sitemap.xml, green Core Web Vitals. Content SEO - link building and content marketing - is a separate service we can discuss after launch.
Do you offer post-launch support? Every project includes 30 days of free technical support - minor fixes and quick bug responses. Ongoing support - updates, monitoring, new features - is available as a monthly retainer from €80/month if you need it.
