I build mobile apps for businesses in Lublin and across Poland. Everything is done remotely - calls over Zoom, code in a shared repository, progress visible on your phone via TestFlight or Play Console. A straightforward app starts from €3,000. A project with a custom backend, third-party integrations, and business logic runs from €8,000. Timeline: 6 to 14 weeks.
Before we talk, check the mobile app services page to see what a typical project looks like.
What I build
I work in React Native - one codebase, native performance, deployed to both iOS and Android. Typical projects for Lublin-based businesses:
- Customer-facing app - bookings, ordering, loyalty programs, push notifications
- Internal tool - field staff app, barcode scanning, daily reporting
- Startup MVP - core features shipped fast, ready to test with real users
- Integration layer - mobile app connected to an existing CRM, ERP, or online store
Every project starts with a discovery conversation: what does the user need to accomplish, step by step. I scope and price after that, not before.
Prices and timeline
| Scope | Price (€) | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Simple app (5-8 screens, no custom backend) | from 3,000 | 6-8 weeks |
| App with custom backend and API | from 6,000 | 10-14 weeks |
| App with integrations (payments, CRM, maps) | from 9,000 | 12-18 weeks |
All quotes are fixed. If something takes me longer than planned, that's on me, not on your invoice.
I've written more about what drives the cost of a digital project in the 2026 development pricing guide.
How the work goes
- Intro call - 30-60 minutes on Zoom. You describe the business and what the app needs to do.
- Fixed quote - I send a scope document with a single number. No range, no "it depends."
- Design - wireframes and UI in Figma first, so you see the app before a line of code is written.
- Build - weekly sprints with a working build on TestFlight/Play Console each time.
- Launch - App Store and Google Play submission, code handover, documentation.
Payment in stages: 30% upfront after the contract is signed, the rest tied to milestones. I don't ask for 100% in advance.
Lublin and the rest of Poland
I work with companies from Lublin, Warsaw, the Tri-City, and smaller towns. No project has ever required an in-person meeting - a clear brief and regular demo calls are enough. If you're based in Lublin and want to meet for coffee to kick things off, that's fine too.
Lublin has a growing tech scene - UMCS and the Lublin University of Technology produce a steady stream of developers each year. As a client, this means you have local options, but you can also work with a developer who has built apps across different industries. I've been building mobile apps since 2018.
Why work with me
I'm not a software house with layers of management. I handle every project personally - from the first call to App Store approval. You have one contact, not an account manager relaying your requirements to a team you never speak to.
I specialize in apps for small and medium businesses - companies that have never had their own app before. I explain technical decisions in plain language and don't sell features you don't need.
FAQ
How much does a mobile app cost for a business in Lublin? A simple app using a ready-made backend (Firebase, Supabase) starts from €3,000. A project with a custom API, business logic, and third-party integrations runs from €6,000 to €9,000. The price depends on the number of screens, backend complexity, and required integrations. I always give a fixed price - no hourly billing.
How long does it take to build a mobile app? A lean MVP with 6-8 screens takes 6-8 weeks. A more complete app with a custom backend, in-app payments, and push notifications takes 12-16 weeks. The main variable is backend scope and the number of external API integrations.
Do you build for iOS and Android at the same time? Yes. React Native produces one app that runs natively on both platforms. I don't write separate codebases for iOS and Android - that means lower cost and a shorter timeline without sacrificing UI quality or performance.
Can the app connect to my existing website or store? Yes. I integrate mobile apps with existing systems via API: WooCommerce, Shopify, custom CMS, CRM, ERP. If your system exposes a REST API or webhooks, integration is a standard part of the project.
What happens after the app is published? You receive full ownership of the App Store and Google Play accounts, the complete source code, and API documentation. I also offer ongoing maintenance on a retainer - updates, new features, technical support. We agree on terms at the contract stage.
Will the app work offline? If you need it to, yes. I implement offline mode with a local database (SQLite, AsyncStorage) and sync when the connection is restored. This is standard for field staff apps or any use case where connectivity isn't guaranteed.
How does payment work? 30% before work starts (after signing the contract and approving the wireframes), remaining payments tied to delivery milestones. I invoice in EUR and accept SEPA bank transfers. No 100% upfront.
