I build business process automation for companies in Łódź and across Poland - from a simple form-to-CRM flow to multi-step systems connecting a shop, warehouse and invoicing. A single automation starts from €600, a project with several integrations from €1 500. Timeline: 1-4 weeks from signing.
What I automate
Automation is not a single product - it is a set of workflows matched to specific pain points. The most common builds for Łódź businesses:
- Invoices and documents - PDF generation and sending triggered automatically by an order, no manual entry.
- CRM and leads - every inquiry from a form, Instagram or email lands in the database instantly and gets assigned to the right person.
- Alerts and notifications - low stock, overdue payment, new order from a key account - all pushed to Slack or Telegram within seconds.
- Data sync across channels - price and stock changes propagate between the shop, wholesaler and Allegro without manual work.
- Multi-channel order handling - orders from the website, Allegro and wholesale clients arrive in one system, no retyping.
If your team does something manually more than three times a day, it is a candidate for automation.
Pricing and timeline

| Several integrations | Shop + invoices + Allegro + stock sync | €1 500-€3 500 | 2-4 weeks |
| Complex system | ERP + CRM + reporting + multi-channel | from €4 000 | 4-8 weeks |

Real-world case: a fashion brand in Łódź
A clothing brand selling through their own WooCommerce store, Allegro, and a B2B wholesale channel - orders arriving by email from regular buyers. Three sources, three data formats. Every morning one person pulled everything into a shared spreadsheet, updated stock counts and sent pick tasks to the warehouse. At 40-80 orders a day that took close to two hours, and overselling still happened because stock sold on Allegro was too slow to disappear from the shop view.
What we did. I wired three sources into one n8n workflow: a WooCommerce webhook, the Allegro API, and a parser for wholesale emails. Each order normalizes to a single format, lands in the management system, updates stock across all channels at once, and sends a pick task to the warehouse team via Telegram. The workflow runs around the clock - an order placed at 11 PM is ready to fulfill at 11 PM, not at 8 AM the next morning.
The result after the first month: the morning copy-paste routine was gone entirely. The same team now handles twice the order volume without overselling. The build took two weeks and paid back within the first quarter - the reduction in mis-sold stock alone covered the cost.
n8n or Make
I use both tools - the choice depends on the project.
n8n - when you need data to stay inside your own infrastructure, or when predictable costs matter regardless of how many operations run. Self-hosted, no per-run pricing. Good fit for fashion and e-commerce companies with sensitive buyer data.
Make - when a fast start and a wide library of ready-made connectors matter more. At low volumes that is €20-€60 per month.
For most Łódź businesses, Make is fine to start with. When volume grows or data residency matters, n8n pays off.
Łódź and all of Poland
Łódź is one of Poland's main e-commerce and logistics nodes - large fulfillment centers, a strong fashion sector, and many companies running several sales channels at once. Multi-channel selling generates the most repetitive work: data from three places, typed by one person, every single day.
I work with Łódź clients remotely - Slack, email and video calls cover everything. A face-to-face meeting in Łódź is possible on request but is not the standard. Service details on the automation page.
How the work goes
It starts with a process audit: what takes longest, what your team repeats daily, where data errors creep in from copy-paste. From that I propose a scope and you get a fixed quote.
Work runs in stages: flow mapping, scenario build, testing on sample data, production deployment, first run with your team. After handoff you get access to the workflow and a short reference doc.
Why me and not an agency
An automation agency typically layers a salesperson, a project manager and a subcontractor - and you pay for all of that. I build the workflows myself, one contact from start to finish.
I integrate tools directly through the API when connectors fall short - custom ERP systems, non-standard webhooks, industry-specific file formats. If a system has an API, it can be connected.

FAQ
How much does business automation cost in Łódź? A simple flow - form to CRM with a notification - runs €600-€1 200. A project with several integrations (shop, invoices, Allegro) is €1 500-€3 500. A complex system connecting ERP, CRM and multi-channel sales starts from €4 000. You get a fixed price before any work begins.
How long does automation take to implement? A simple workflow is live in 1-2 weeks. A project with 3-5 integrations takes 2-4 weeks. A complex ERP-connected system takes 4-8 weeks. The multi-channel order sync in the case above was done in two weeks.
Which processes should I automate first? Ones that are repetitive, structured and consume time across several people. Common starting points: lead handling from a form, invoice generation after an order, stock level sync across sales channels. One condition: the process must already work correctly - automation speeds up a functioning process, it does not fix a broken one.
n8n, Make or Zapier - which tool should I choose? Zapier is the simplest but the most expensive at scale - at 5,000 tasks per month that is over $300. Make is 3-4 times cheaper for the same volume and has solid connectors for WooCommerce, Allegro and popular CRM tools. n8n runs on your own server - data stays in your infrastructure, costs are flat regardless of volume. For e-commerce and fashion companies with sensitive buyer data, n8n is often the right call.
What is the ROI of process automation? Typical ROI is 70-400% in year one, with payback in 4-9 months. A simple formula: hours saved per month × hourly rate × 12 > implementation cost. Example: 10 hours per month × €15/h × 12 = €1 800 per year. If the project cost €900, it pays back in 6 months.
Is automation GDPR-compliant? Yes, when data is processed on EU servers. n8n self-hosted on a Polish server keeps all data in your infrastructure and does not send it to external providers in the US. Configuration includes encryption, a data retention policy and GDPR compliance from the start.
Where do I start with automation in a small company? With one process that has the highest ratio of "time lost per day / difficulty to automate." Most common first wins: invoice generation after an order, new lead notifications, stock sync between sales channels. You see results within the first week - that is a good moment to decide what to automate next.
